Can I include a GeForce FX 5200 256 MB to a ATI Radeon Xpress 200 chipset with out any conflicts? Yes, I know both of these are elder tech but it's what I have.
Adding a video card?
Doesn't concern. As long as your motherboard has PCI-E, you can slap that surrounded by, although I question your judgment as to why would you want to, since you will not be gaining any significant increases contained by performance near a 5200.
Anyways, just disable the onboard video surrounded by the BIOS, and you're good to run.
you'll need to know if the chipset supports the bus type (PCI, PCI-e or AGP) and next it shouldnt be too much trouble if they are bus-compatible.
all depends on the slots. if the vid card is agp mobo must hold a agp slot. same with pci or pci-e. and the chipset doesn't report much i've seen that chipset on mobos beside agp and with pci-e.
