When I plug within my external hardrive it doesnt show up on my computer?!?! But when I go to device mediator it says it be working perfectly

Try varying the drive letter contained by the computer management tool.

The computer organization tool can be found by right-clicking the My Computer icon on the desktop and select the Manage option.
