Nope. According to the cable's tech specs, it'll lone work with XP and Vista.
If both of your computers own network cards, I suggest you seize a crossover Ethernet cable, set up a direct cable connection in Windows, and do your transfer that opening. There's no additional software to buy and the crossover cable will be cheaper than Belkin's Easy Transfer Cable.
