Am i going to see a big see adapt contained by my games if i upgrade from the following graphics card?

this is my infirm one that burned out after 2 years of having it.



-3d fuzion nvidia fx 5500 256 mb agp.



and this is the one im planning on switching to since i dont enjoy a lot of money. i know pci-express is better but my current motherboard doesnt support that.



-ati radeon x1600 pro 512mb agp

You would see some improvment but nothing huge. For impossible to tell apart price I would get the card I posted.
