ASUS K8V-VM SND+VID (M-ATX SATA150 PCI-E) motherboard VGA controller driver?

i just now bought this motherboard along with processor, memory etc. it have built in graphics, but i can't find any drivers, no sorry i can't even find out the information of the graphics so i can even start to look for the right drivers to install.

does anyone know how to find out this information?

I've tried looking on the device mediator and even ran dxdiag near directx 9 and they just come up near N/A or exclamation marks and have no information at all.

surrounded by fact theres a few devices below other devices (PCI device(even though i have no PCI cards plugged in), system interrupt controller, unknown device (that's what it says) and video controller (VGA compatible))

i imagine that not having this driver is the do of the visual problems i am have, as the refresh rate when i scroll a page is extremely visible and the properties settings only allow me to use evasion refresh rate

please assist how i can obtain this information for the drivers, unless you know where on earth i can get them from.
