Ati HD 2600 or the x1650 512mb video card?

Which one is better gig wise because I am debating which one to catch. They both look good and similar but requirement to know which one is better.

If you have Vista or plan on upgrading to Vista capture the 2600 as it has directx10 and the 1650 doesn't. 2600 is better card and is simply out.
