I try to burn a cd and dvd and it does not work i run to control drive and it says no cd-rom drives found the computer have burner in it but why dose it articulate that can any one help please??

You may not hold the correct drivers. Drivers are software that tells a piece of hardware what to do. Try driverguide.com, Microsoft.com, or the manufacturer's website. One of these sites is bound to own the drivers you need.
metamorphose your brand of CD ,if your cd writer is working , it basically do not reconize the CD you put contained by, make sure it is not audio disc.Your best shot is to try different brand of CD.

It sounds like your burner software doesn't authorize the brand of burner you have installed. To be sure..download low burner (free edition) and see if that clears things up.
