the biggest problem you will find is aiptek are a german businessman and the language weir may be a problem,however im sure they must have a english speaking representative who you can speak to

at hand is also a optical pen mouse(http://www.aiptek.de/index.php?option=co... i belive you can use with your hyper pen graphics tablet,so this could be a prospect worth looking at
