I just this minute bought a blue tooth adapter for the computer, model number is ES-388, the computer has known the usb connection however when i try to install it it says that the software can not be found, the disc that come with the usb have already been put surrounded by yet it still cant find the soft ware, im a complete initiate at this so any help would be appreciated

Ignore what window says. Put the disc surrounded by the drive, and install the software on it without Windows' give a hand. You should be fine.
