Can i use webcam as an eye toy??
Depends what you be a sign of by eye toy...
If you mean you want to use a webcam not designed for use with a PS2 beside an game that uses the eye toy camera after no, the drivers used with the games simply work for the eye toy and it's not possible (or at smallest it's difficult enough not to be worth it) to install other webcam drivers on a PS2.
It may be easier to capture a webcam to work as an eye toy with a PS2 emulator running on a regular PC but I enjoy not tried it myself and have not hear of anyone putting that functionality in any of the emulators.
