Can I attach an aditional Video Card?

My computer already have an intergrated video card, is it possible to add an extra PCI or AGP video Card such as Nvidia Geforce Sieries Graphics Card?

Yes you can, you just want to verify which type of slot you have on your mother board. All computers hold PCI slots on their boards. How ever the newer computers, that are 2 years or newer will most likely own PCI-e slots rather next PCI. Just verify which type of ports you have on your motherboard.



If you enjoy an older PC next to PCI and AGP, go for an AGP graphics card, in attendance a bit more expensive but are better by a bit. If your computer has a PCI-e afterwards go for as graphics card that uses PCI-e over AGP as PCI-e is a bit better later AGP.

You can put in another card, but you probably won't able to use both it and the onboard. Installing a card usually disables the onboard video.
