Can my computer support this graphics card?

Tough luck, your PC does not hold a fast graphics expansion port (x16 PCIe). That Geforce 7600 GS won't work. The other option suggested are quite expensive, but not really gifted of delivering commanding performance on those slow PCI or x1 PCIe slot. BUT between these two, x1 PCIe is faster. If you've get the bucks, get the x1 PCIe card. Otherwise, settle for the slower PCI card.
That sounds close to an awsome card. It will work if you have a PCI excpress slot surrounded by your comp...
No, the Dimension E310 has 2 PCI slots and 1 PCI-E X1 slot, the graphics card you suggested one and only supports PCI-E X16. Here is another graphics card for the:

You can use a pcix1 slot card or a regular pci card but not a pci-x.
if you want to get a unknown GPU I would suggest a 7800 min for games cuase there are games that that card can not quite run, the best cheap card is probably an nVIDIA 8500
